Salmon Enhancement Projects

As per the Salmon Enhancement Selection Policy, a committee has been struck to review applications for funding.

 

Organizations involved in salmon enhancement activities are invited to complete our online form.

Meetings and Membership

General Meetings are on the second Monday of each month, commencing at 7:30 pm at the Mary Winspear Centre, with the exception of June when the meeting is held during our annual picnic.  Then in July, August and December there are no meetings held. Each meeting’s agenda includes a guest speaker on sport fishing, salmon conservation, or salmon habitat restoration and enhancements.

An attendance prize is awarded and a 50/50 draw is held at each meeting. The Annual General Meeting at which time an executive is nominated and elected is held on the fourth Monday in November at 7:30 pm. The newly elected executive assume their duties in January for a period of twelve months.
